1.The Secret of Water

There was an impressive experiment. Professor Misaromoto conducted an experiment with water.

The first experiment asked students to say negative things over a bottle of Evian Water.

"I hate you, I hate you, you're so foolish." After that, the water was frozen in the experiment tube, and the frozen water was taken out and observed with a camera and a microscope. The crystals of the criticized water began to melt and ugly black bubbles were produced.

The second is to say positive things to the same kind of water and then freeze it.
The crystal of the water was really perfect and beautiful.

The two important things here are that first, water can hold memories.
Second, 85% of our bodies are made up of water, and even most of the components of our brain are water. Therefore, whenever you say negative things, physiologically you are negatively affected.

For example, if you say, "I'm sick," that word will make you sick. People only think that they describe the current situation. "I'm sick."

In fact, I'm 'commanding' you in the future. By describing the current situation.
Most people don't know this fact. That's why most people who live well imagine a perfect future and live as if they were in the future. I start to feel it even before the future comes.

 

2. Your mindset? Your choice - to be thankful

How can I maintain my positivity? Imagine a happy and perfect future when you were born into a financially challenged, swindled, or bad family. Is it possible? That's 'choice'. Everyone has to make a choice.

Because "belief" is a choice. We think faith is the result of what we see. For example, when you see a spider bite, your skin turns red because we saw it. But when hypnotized, our fingers are said to be hot iron on fire, and brought it, the hypnotized body creates blisters. Likewise, internal thoughts, activities, or all minds begin with 'belief'.

So what should we believe in? If we believe in something wrong, we'll be in trouble. What I felt here was that what I have to believe now was to believe that I will make myself who I want today.

For example, what successful people believed. Oprah Winfrey grew up in a poor family and was sexually assaulted. But she believed that she would succeed. People who don't have that belief don't even try. Therefore, 'belief' is each person's choice. And "fear" happens while imagining a situation that didn't even happen.

"Worried" is setting negative goals. All you have to do is use the same power positively to make an uncertain future a positive result. Every thought is a double-edged sword.
It's a thought that goes close to a dream or a thought that goes away. Like love or fear, computer binary, it's 0 or 1. What will you choose? Choose with consciousness.

Most people around you unconsciously agree with the negative. That's why you have to hang out with a positive person. The five people who spend the most time together tell you about your future.
I read a lot of positive books, seminars, meditation, and podcasts. Put yourself in a positive frame. Sooner or later, those positive thoughts will change your life.

How do you say "thank you" and what does it mean exactly? Most people don't know how to be grateful. I'm just immersed in what I don't have. My favorite story is the story of Jovitelli in the movie Secret.
When his life was at the bottom, he lived in a basic supply and demand apartment.

I borrowed a book from the library and there was a message to thank me. He said to himself, "What the hell should I thank you for?" All I have is a paper and a pen.' And then I thought again, "But if there's anything to be thankful for, I have a pen to write a goal, I can send a love letter, and I can erase my negative faith with an eraser.'

From that moment on, his life began to change. When he was grateful for what he had and began to write his dreams.

 

3. How to deal with when you feel unhappy - as you think, as you say

So what should we say to others and to ourselves when we feel unhappy?

In that case, everyone says they lack what they have. That's the problem.
You'll get what you say, so you'll end up getting more 'lack'.

Therefore, if you want 'rich', focus more on 'what you have'.
When you feel 'rich' about what you have, when you say 'I have enough', you will actually get a bigger 'rich.'

4. Vision board: Photography & Application

What are your morning and evening habits?
I wake up in the morning, brush my teeth, and start meditation. I visualize my dreams for about five minutes. There is a small card, and there is a picture of my goal on one side and the desired goal on the other. It's a vision board that you can carry around. Most receive photos from Google and print them in portable sizes. And I write my goals on the back.

A few years ago, my goal was to go to Bali for a vacation, so I had a picture of Bali, and I read the application on the back as if that goal had been achieved. I'm proud to have completed a successful workshop with 20 employees in Bali. The individual's net profit also exceeded 300 million won.' And on the contrary, I looked at the picture of Bali and imagined myself in Bali with my eyes closed. I imagined drinking gin and tonic while looking at the sea in front of me.
And I actually did a workshop in Bali last year.

 

5. How to attract wealth.

Is there any way to practice or act that brings abundance in your life that you can recommend to everyone?

There are many ways. One of my mentors told me to carry a 100,000 won check. I still have it. Even if I don't have to use it, I have to keep it. Having enough money itself is different from the shortage of thousands of won. So that you can't think, "I only have this." This is one way and one of the other ways is to go in front of the stock exchange where there is a billionaire and show them what the "rich" is before they get into the car. "Thank you for letting me see that this is possible." It worked.

Like Tony Robbins said, "Success always leaves clues."
Everyone who succeeded would have left a clue somewhere. I'm learning more to earn more.

 

6. GPS called subconsciousness.

You have to know exactly what you want in life. Suppose you can have everything. How do you want to live if God wins the lottery?
Write down everything, such as "I want to travel to Europe five times a year while living in a beach house in Malibu." And deliberately filling goals quickly with meditation and imagination. Like the law of attraction. So choose a destination.

Like a GPS system, if you choose where you want to go, the GPS system will tell you how to go. You don't know which route the car goes after departure. Just trust GPS and follow right and left.

Unconsciousness is the same as GPS. It is a GPS system that enables a program aimed at goals, and if you set the right goal and set it as a destination, we will find a way and take you there.
