How to make a XXX in your life. - Joe Dispenza

What do you want to think about and connect to your brain?
Think about it, connect it, and feel it!

What should I do today? What should I choose?
It's only one life per day. Follow me in person. Try everything in real life.
Install neural hardware in your brain.
If you keep doing this, the hardware will become software and you will think and act like that in the future.

 

Dr. Joe Dispenza is a global lecturer and educator.

He studies and lectures on how human neurochemistry can improve his life.

For those of you who don't improve the negative situation every time, he suggests that you try this for a week.

 

1.  First, most people wake up and think of the troubles in life that they do first.

Those problems come from past memories, so the moment you think about them, you think about the past.

Each problem has its own emotions, so you start to feel unhappy and meaningless.

What you think and how you feel is your state.

Most people's conditions are in the past. At the beginning of the day.

If you're still in the familiar past, you can live in a predictable future.

 

I have to wake up, check my smartphone, and check SNS like text messages and WhatsApp.

I do Facebook, upload, Twitter, and watch news. I went to the bathroom, drank coffee, showered, and wore clothes.

I check my email and drive to work. That's how the program goes. You lose your free will on that program.

 

So start your day with this simple sentence.

"What is my ideal image today?" Ask yourself this question.

Look carefully, our bodies say, "I want to drink coffee, I'm so tired," and you say, "Body, you're not the owner,

I'm the owner. Sit here and I'll feed you." You want to drink coffee and do many things, but it's my time.

Then you have to follow me.

At that moment, I dominate the mind, not the body.

If you wake up, recognize it, and come back to your current state, you'll win everything you do.

 

 

You change a part of yourself. Perhaps you should ask yourself. I do it every day.

Write down four thoughts. Things to recognize all day long.

"I can't do it. It's too hard." You'll be surprised.

As soon as you're aware of what you're thinking, you'll think about it unconsciously all day for a week.

 

Write down what you say and how you say it. How to act in four things you want to change.

Complaining, criticizing, making excuses, and pitying themselves are victim consciousness.

What emotions will you stay in? Is it possible to get used to living in guilt and not know if this is guilt?

Will you let yourself nibble away?

 

Be aware of this state of mind and body. And look back on it. This is "Previous Me".

Then, what do you want to think about and connect to my brain?

This is the hard part.

 

"Can you convey emotions to your body?"'
'What will you feel before the future becomes clear?
"Don't get up until you have that feeling."
Then practice this for a few days.

 

See if you can be in that state. And look forward to the start of something strange.

2. Second, spend this time at the end of the day.
Be thankful for your life before you lie down at the end of the day.
Feel grateful. Let me know what your body feels like.
The characteristic of being thankful is that you received something.

 

What I gave you is "value".
I felt that, so I can express it as "thank you.
So when you receive something, express your gratitude.
Being thankful is the final step.
People accept, trust, and give up.
When you feel the same way.
If I'm in a state of gratitude, everything will come into my body.

 

If I were to be a healthy and wealthy person,
If it's supposed to be negative, no, that thought will stay in my head.
So, inspire your condition.
Approximately 1,200 different chemical reactions react in the body and in a state of gratitude,
I regenerate my body and recover.
We studied it to prove it. It's exactly 10 minutes.
Just feel it with your whole heart. That's all.

 

3. Third is very important.
Please take your time anytime. Sit down and close your eyes.
And wake up your senses about the surrounding space.
Just feel it and focus. You will feel it more sensibly.
Opening your consciousness reduces stress hormones.
It maintains consistent brain waves.

 

When we wake up from sleeping, it's reset.
As if the computer is restarting, a new day begins.
So what you think first when you wake up in the morning has the biggest impact on that day.
What if you wake up and start your day on social media in a state of no direction?

Of course, your heart goes towards something stimulating.

Then, you can't spend the day you want.

 

He suggested starting the day by asking himself a question.
"What is the most ideal side of me today?"'
Many people start the day with negative thoughts and end the day with worries.
Then, our unconsciousness will capture my worst self.
Just asking myself this question that he suggested corrects the direction of my mind.

You can live the day from "The Worst Me" to "The Best Me".

 

One of the impressive things he said was to separate the body and mind and control the body with the mind.
We know in our heads what to do and what not to do, but our bodies don't follow us well.
I know that it's good for us to work out and eat good food to stay healthy.
But the reason why I can't keep it for a long time is because my mind can't control my body.

 

Talk to me like this, who wants to see a smartphone in a state of concentrating on work or study.
"Wait a minute. I'm going to check later if I need it, so my hips are shaking right now, but I'm going to check my smartphone after doing this." My mind has to order my body.
And I hope that you go through the next process.
Okay, I'm a person who can control it.

 

You have to feel the sense of accomplishment that comes from your mind controlling your body.

Because you have to feel it sincerely to recognize it as the right thing.
This is the first step he said.


The second one is to feel thankful.
We sympathize when we are in the same emotional state.
In order for good feelings and good things to come to me, I always have to have a feeling of gratitude.
This is also the law of attraction that we know well.

 

The last thing he emphasized was to awaken consciousness.
Close your eyes and feel the space and energy around you.
If you focus on areas other than yourself, you will naturally have an experience where you can focus on yourself.
This is one of the real meditation methods.
