Three ways to change XX - ED Myles

You don't see everything the way it is. Everything looks different depending on who you are. So change you and you will start to look different. In other words, the really surprising part is that it's 'thinking' that controls us. If you're obsessed with something, you'll hear a story about it and if you're not obsessed, you'll miss the opportunity.

You won't see an opportunity in your life, or you'll miss that possibility, and you won't even get a chance. This method will change your world like Matrix. Our thoughts are "power." Everyone in the world knows wrong.

1. Power of thought.

 

Have you thought about what you're thinking? Anyone who has tried and knows how to control 'thinking' can change their direction of life. But ordinary people never know what's in their heads.

Our idea of not knowing that thoughts control the world is like a magnet. Everything we're obsessed with is supposed to fall before us. Most people don't care what they think, but the most successful people I know, know themselves too well.

What you do, what you think, or how you'll be seen by others. So today, I'm going to talk about 'thinking'. Things you must know.

 

2. A very small 9% that changes your life.

 

First, we think 75,000 things a day. A lot of thoughts go around my head. What's even more surprising is that 91% of 75,000 thoughts are the same as yesterday's. Yesterday was the same as two days ago, and I always thought about what I had in the past. This is why boring daily life is repeated every day. So if you want to make a "other life," 91% of those 75,000 thoughts are what you've always thought, so your life changes through the remaining 9%. The magnet of life is too strong. I always say this.

"We possess what we are obsessed with."Everything is about bringing you into life. Exactly what I wanted. If our thoughts pull everything into physical reality, all we have to change is only 9% of our thoughts.

 

People always say this. "Winning and losing is a narrow difference. " Everyone is reluctant to say it, but this small difference is this 9% thought and the difference changes the direction of life. So what I want to say today is how to sharpen my thoughts.

Analyzing what you're thinking and using that 9% new idea. You make the life you want.

If you don't do this, your thoughts spread like a virus. Computers also slow down and stutter when they catch a virus, making them stop working at optimal levels. Our thoughts are the same. If 9% of the thoughts don't help us, life will flow the other way around what we want.

 

3. New thoughts = New space

 

Remember, we don't see things as they are, but they look different depending on who you are. The more you change yourself, the more different the world will look. Think about it like this. The chair you sat on started with a 'thought' in someone's head.

All the details of the chair, fabric, cushions, and structures were made from someone's 'thoughts'. Those thoughts gathered to make parts in the real world, and parts gathered to become chairs. Everything in the world is the same way. It starts with my thoughts. When we think about new things, what happens in our heads creates new spaces and new lives.

A new life is never created until you 'think'. If you make a new space with only thoughts, your consciousness and subconsciousness fill the space and fill the people, resources, and objects you need. It's like an architect designing a room and arranging the furniture needed for the room. That's the power of "thinking."

 

4 Everything that is obsessed with becomes possession soon.


Literally everything you're obsessed with will be your property in the future. Most people only spend 9% of their thoughts on making changes. They use it to have new fears and to reply to emails, they don't think about what they want.

So you remember. Your "mind" is your weapon because you have to use it. Pick up the weapon and handle it right. Most of them can't control their thoughts. They don't know how to aim at the weapon, they let the world control themselves and always fail to fire the weapon. So I'll tell you how to pick up your weapon and use it correctly.

 

5 Making a list of thoughts that don't help.


The first thing to do is to make a list of unhelpful ideas and write them down. And the way to get rid of it is to replace it with another idea. Think of unhelpful thoughts as new ones.

Simply speaking of a new idea, what thoughts do you need for your goals or dreams? That imagination of getting a vision. I write down and keep repeating that new idea, read it again and again. Because our brain has a "delusional activation system."

 

6. Delusional activator system.

This delusional activation system is a powerful filter in the brain that sees the world. Use that part to filter out all unnecessary thoughts in life. This action will leave only the most important thoughts in your consciousness. When you think of something important, the delusional active system makes you see, hear, and touch it.

For example, you want to buy a car, a blue Honda car. Then suddenly you'll see the car everywhere. You can see it in the other lanes of the highway on the other side of the lane and you will see the car here and there. Actually, those cars were always there, but why did you suddenly see them? You don't know the reason? That's because it's become important to you.

Just as the delusional activation system has changed and you have been able to bring blue Honda into reality, your goals, your dreams, and your vision are also possible. By visualizing repeated thoughts and goals.

As a way to help that, next, we check our cell phones '400 times' a day.

 

7. Use your phone as your wallpaper.

 

The way to use this cell phone is to change the wallpaper. Fill it up with what you want. Change goals and thoughts to the background. Then every time you look at your phone 400 times a day, you will program your thoughts. The delusional active system will help you unconsciously by filtering.

Attract the people, places, and conversations you need.

 

When you become obsessed with what you want, you hear important clues from others, but if you are not obsessed, you will miss the opportunity of your life without hearing anything, seeing the necessary clues, or facing the necessary situation. Like the movie Matrix, you change your life with thoughts.

 

 

8. Vision boards all over the house.

 

Next, use the vision board. Put the goal on the mirror in the bathroom. I've always heard this, but you didn't understand how it became a reality. That's how most people do nothing. The vision board will help you reprogram your mind and find what you want. If you don't control, you'll waste another month, a year, or 10 years if you do whatever you want. The more you live, the worse your life becomes. The misfortune that always repeats. We ended up as we thought, so when I was young, I walked along the beach and thought it was my place to live someday. I knew what kind of beach it was and I knew the exact location. I thought exactly through the delusional activation system and attracted it. The more specific the thought is, the higher the probability.

So make sure to remember. The more specific and accurate your thoughts are, the more intentional you approach them and the more likely you are to get up. I'll try to achieve it in my brain. So you have to repeat and think about specific thoughts, not generalized ones.

 

9. Go see and feel it in person.

 

Another is that our brains tend to attract the most familiar things. Things that are familiar to the brain. The more you think about the beach house, the more your brain gets used to the idea. You make that much money and body.

The more repetitive you are, the more you place yourself in what you want. After all, I think the brain belongs to this place. We're the people who live here. You live in that dream through fantasies about specific thoughts and dreams.

The things you want are there. You just hear, see, and feel more through your thoughts. To bring it to reality.

 

10. 5 minute investment at the beginning and end of the day.

 

The last hint I'll give you is that you have to control your thoughts at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day. The first thing to do is to wake up in the morning, stretch or meditate, and take five minutes to practice controlling your thoughts with prayer or meditation.

Set a 5-minute timer and try to see your dream come true. I'm drawing a picture in my head. Write down your imagination or paper that you already own what you want. This will control your thoughts all day.

 

And at the end of the day, I'm doing it, reading my dreams and goals before going to bed last after praying, I imagine them and set them up so that my subconscious can think while sleeping. When I fall asleep like that, my unconsciousness will still think about it while I sleep.

My thoughts, whether you believe it or not, will show me again in your dreams the situations in the area you missed the day before. In the end, I can bring it to reality and wake up to help start the day. After you wake up and set up your cell phone before going to bed, 9% of your thoughts will change.

I will turn what I aspire to into reality and start owning them. So if you continue to do three things that change your mind for a day, a week, a month, a year, three to four years, and ten years, your life will change completely. You're living a life with maximum potential.
