The secret of a self-made billionaire who can't fail.

by Didorphin 2020. 7. 21.

This is a speech by Grant Cardone, author and billionaire of The 10X Rule.

1. Don't complain about the starting point.

You who read this, listen carefully. It's hard to start with a dirt spoon? Of course, everything seems impossible, but you have to hang on to the end and do it silently. If it's education, learn more and don't give up even if you start at the bottom.

Where you want to go, where you deserve to be, and the end of your potential, everything is in you and I'm just waiting for you to find. Of course, it's really hard to start at the bottom and it's not a short journey, but it's not a bad path.

I'll give you an example. Success with a golden spoon and self-made person at the bottom are different in themselves. I want you to be inspired by this article and learn at least one or two.

2. Giving up is not the way to get comfortable, but the way to get farther away.

If you don't know my story well, I was born in a small town in Louisiana. People around me said the same thing to all the challenges I made.
For example, my real estate business, my family opposed it. He told me to stay at work instead of doing it because I have a good job to start alone. When I touched the technology business, my family said, "Don't do it because there are many problems to solve and it costs a lot of money." The business didn't go well. I went too far ahead. But I never regret it.

My first business and real estate business started 30 years ago, and everyone said not to do both. But the two businesses hit the jackpot. We will sign about 3 trillion won for the real estate business and 500 billion won more this year alone. My mother always said. "Don't do real estate." People will call monthly rent every day. I'm getting monthly rent from 10,000 people on 10,000 real estates now. I never get a call. I'll call the management department.

My company, which started at 30, started as a startup. In the early days, I had a part-time job, and I went on a business trip 250 days a year. After working for about 8 to 10 years, I hired 3 employees, and now I have 180 employees and 350 salespeople. It's natural that the core of what I'm saying is hard. So don't give up. If you give up, it gets harder. Giving up is not an easy way. If you give up, you have to start from the beginning.

3.  Don't be jealous or criticized, but try to learn.

I had to wake up this morning and come to the airport to take a private jet, but I took a private helicopter to avoid traffic jams. That's right, I'm bragging about taking a private helicopter. I took a private helicopter to take a private jet, not a private jet. 10 minutes away. It must look unpleasant and arrogant and uncomfortable to hear.

Others may be begging for coins or starving. Someone listening may be unemployed, but I boast a private jet and a private helicopter. That's right. I'm doing it on purpose. Because people around you have never had this before, and they will tell you this.

'It's all useless. That's impossible for you... Be grateful for what you have now and settle down safely.' That's how the crowd will be. They'll tell you like this. Only special people ride private jet.

You know what? Whenever I see a private jet, a private helicopter, or a large coastal mansion, I always wondered, "Who is that?"
The second question is, 'What did they do to get that?' Don't hate them. Because they're not people who gave up. It could have started at the bottom. Of course, what's important about being middle-class or born with a golden spoon in your mouth or receiving it from someone? How you achieved it is important.
Giving up does not achieve success and complaints do not. It's not even an excuse to reach it. No matter how much you said,

"Thanks to whom is he?" He says 'successful' or 'he starts in a good position.''

You know, I know, and everyone in the world knows. Talking doesn't change it.

So learn the rules of the game. If your position is at a disadvantage. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, golf, basketball, everything has to be learned at first. But you give up in the middle without learning? I'm sure you'll give up because you started at the bottom.

Do others have better privileges and give up because they start in a good position or go bankrupt or have no money?

Then you'll never succeed. You can't succeed with that mindset.

If you're like me, you'll quit for a while and realize this in a few months. "Oh, my. I should start over". So don't give up. Don't blame the dirt spoon. You start on the floor, but I also started with a dirt spoon.

4. Listening to other people's opinions.

When I was 25, I didn't have a penny, and I was 25 years older than 15.
And at the age of 25, I started taking care of myself. I had to pay monthly rent, and I started making investment decisions with a small amount of money. I had to think about how to pay for my tuition and decided whether to graduate. I made a lot of mistakes on my way here. Countless. I heard a lot of bad things from so many people. Everyone is saying this because they love me. Their views have always been ambiguous. They loved me so much that they didn't want to see me. I'm afraid I'll be hurt or disappointed, intimidated or hurt, or even poor.

One thing they ignored was that I needed such hardships. These are what I needed and you will need. What my family and people who love me didn't know was that there was an aspiration inside me.

I'm not talking about a private jet or a private helicopter. I've never even imagined it. I've never dreamed of it. I will have more than 2 trillion won and nearly 3 trillion won in real estate in the future.

Not even once. Rolls-Royce, private helicopter, it wasn't important to me.

5. To grow up little by little everyday so that you can be proud of yourself.

Going out of the bottom, that's all I wanted. I just didn't want to worry about money. For the rest of my life.

What else I wanted is to be proud of myself. I wasn't proud of myself. I knew I could do better. Right, it started at the bottom and was in debt. I lost my father at the age of 10 and my brother at the age of 20. I had to endure all such pain and unexpected depression, fear and worries, and numerous twists and turns.
But I knew it wouldn't take me to a good place to give up.
All that was the worst, and it was so hard, but this was my important mind. It'll be better than you think.

You, who are reading this article now, it took too long to come here. It took too long to know. I started seeing success when I was 51. It's only been 3-4 years. That's when it started properly. I had no idea either. I tried to get better little by little every day without knowing anything.

If you grow up every day, try, don't give up, don't backtrack, don't blame others, stay away from useless information, bad views, and gossip, I bet you will feel it one day if you gather and make a very small difference every day for 10 years or a long time. Suddenly, small developments have grown unimaginably.

It's hard to believe that it started at the bottom. It'll be hard to believe how many people came.

My last thing to say to you starting at the bottom is a dirt spoon, which must be terrible to start at the bottom.

The way to where you want to go. But you'll feel it when you get there. It was the best blessing to start at the bottom. The best blessing ever. You're the only one who knows and feels it. Not only do others never know,

but there is no reason to know. You started from the bottom. That's why it's at the top, where you aim.

No matter where it is, it will be in different locations, but you will know. Despite many difficulties, numerous achievements have been achieved.
